Error when installing Rational Rose 7.0 on windows 10

After installing Rational Rose 7.0 on windows 10, open it but get the error:

The program cant start because suite object.dll is missing from your computer. Try reinstalling the program to fix this problem.

How to fix?

Open Computer Properties -> Advanced system settings -> Advanced Tab. Open Environment Variables. Under System Variables, click edit Path. Then add the path to folder Common where you installed Rational Rose, ex C:\Program Files (x86)\Rational\Common. Press OK to done.

Now you are able to open Rational Rose.
